God called Karen Wendling out from her children’s pastor position to form One On One Ministry in February 2012. She runs the ministry with her daughter, Kayla, and their passion is to help children’s ministry leaders thrive where God has placed them, function to their fullest potential and lead healthy, vibrant, sustainable ministry to children and adults.
